(Citrus Marinated Seafood Salad)
Chunks of raw fish (Chilean sea bass and salmon), scallop, shrimp, and crab meat slightly "cooked"* (marinated) in lemon and lime juice then mixed with cilantro, red onion, tomato, cucumber, bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, and a dash of our special spice. It is one of the most delicious dishes we have ever had. We like Sashimi (Japanese raw fish) a lot, but we love Ceviche even more. Even if you don't dare to try Sashimi, you might still be able to enjoy Ceviche. Since the seafood in Ceviche has been slightly "cooked"* by the citric acid, it doesn't taste raw (may be just a little). It is a very yummy dish. You can taste the freshness and sweetness of the seafood without the disgusting raw taste.
*Note: The citric acid causes the proteins in the seafood to become denatured, which pickles or "cooks" the fish without heat.
*** We offerred this dish during Mother's Day weekend. According to the feedbacks from our customers. This is one of the best seafood dishes they have ever tasted. We will definitely offer this dish again in the future for special occasions.
